Yin Yoga invites us to reconnect with our reflective, yin nature. It is a practice of acceptance, compassion, and quiet presence—learning to be still, calm, and fully anchored in the present moment. Rooted in traditional Indian yoga and enriched by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga draws upon the principles of yin and yang, the Five Elements (Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal), and the energetic meridian system. By holding gentle, floor-based postures for several minutes, and by bringing mindful attention to the breath and the subtle sensations of the body, we gradually enter a deeper state of relaxation—creating the essential foundation for healing, balance and inner harmony.
